Dear Mission-Driven Pastor,
If you reading this and you’re still pastoring, I applaud you!
Since the beginning of a global pandemic, "church" have been difficult in so many ways.
Many of you struggled to get online and keep the doors open, (or be in-person at all)…
Only to reopen in-person and see a percentage of what attendance used to be.
The landscape of the church has massively shifted what seems overnight. Some people have moved away, some moved on, some are scared to come back, and some have just disappeared!
And while that is frustrating, there is hope...
God is still building His church. He hasn't left us and I believe that people are primed to experience His love right now.
Allow me to give you some perspective.
Right now there are a lot of people who are on the fringe of coming back to church since the pandemic began. And just about EVERYONE understands what it’s like to have their world turned upside down.
This is a great opportunity for the Church.
Some people, for the first time they are spiritually aware. They now understand what it's like to lose HOPE.
HOPE is a spiritual currency of high value. As Pastors it's our responsibility to lean into that currency and begin to give it away to those who desperately need it.
After all, we have the answer!
That HOPE is found in a real relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church!
BUT…
Giving that hope away means reaching people where they are at. "Those people" are online. They're on social media.
That's where engagement must start because that is where they are. So if you want to reach more people and give more hope away, you must go to where those people are.
What I am finding is that a lot of Pastors who want to reach more people either don’t know where to begin when it comes to Online Ministry or they are frustrated with their current strategy.
So, either you haven't started, or you tried for a bit and you gave up. It can be frustrating.
I get it. I was there too. That's where I want to help.
I am a Pastor. And like you, I'm not okay with people going to hell. I want to help you reach and disciple more people.
In fact, our world needs pastors and churches right now who will reach out to them.
To do that effectively, it means adopting new communication strategies that Attract, Elevate and Inspire people into action.
Having a heart to serve & love people AND being equipped with the right strategy = a vision fulfilled & heaven populated!
I WANT THAT FOR YOU!
